David has over 3 decades of multi-faceted experience in real estate investment and finance, commercial and residential construction, insurance and roofing industries. David is HAAG Certified in Steel, Tile, Wood, and Composition Roof Damage Assessment. He has an extensive background in senior operations and in strategic leadership roles that have turned start-up organizations into industry leaders with national brand recognition.

Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in the roofing, construction, and insurance industries. Prior to joining Elite, Jonathan served as Director-Roof Consultant at J.S. Held, LLC where he gained extensive knowledge of large and complex roofing projects throughout the United States. As a roofing expert, he has extensive knowledge and proficiency with low and steep-sloped roofing systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. He has experience providing roof repair/replacement evaluations, damage assessments, identifying installation and manufacturing deficiencies, and construction consulting. Jonathan’s experience also includes operating his own commercial and residential roofing company and adjusting insurance claims.
Buddy leads our company as Director and Senior Consultant of residential services. Buddy brings a wealth of knowledge to our consulting department that goes way beyond roofing. He has decades of experience in the roofing industry and 23 years as an independent adjuster at State Farm Insurance. He is an expert in claim handling, disputes, appraisals, umpiring, and litigation. Buddy is a true professional in this industry and is a tremendous asset to our team.

Over 10 years experience as Project Manager and Business Development Manager specializing in commercial roofing, commercial structural steel and iron, tower and hydraulic crane erection and dismantling.
Emily has an expansive portfolio of experience, ranging from hospitality, sales, and consulting. She primarily built her sales career at a Fortune 500 Tech company. For 6+ years Emily worked on large government contracts, both funded, and unfunded. Emily's main focus was supporting the Department of Defense customer-base. She worked in fast-paced environments, against tight deadlines, and focused on executing customized solutions that complied with strict requirements. During her tenure, she learned that her passion is always to understand the challenges her customers face, ensuring none of their questions go unanswered. This led her to gain experience, beyond sales, as she set a deeper focus on the end-to-end customer experience. Emily immersed herself into other job roles to better understand the financial side, legal side, contractual side, along with the project management side. Emily has built her brand by staying involved, with the entire life cycle of a sale. This end-to-end management includes always being available to her customers, post-installation. Her passion is people. Now in the roofing industry, Emily leverages her prior experience daily. Her passion is reflected through her consistency, transparency, and ability to maintain thorough communication with her customers.
